On January 25, OSHA issued a final rule which limits the electronic submission requirement to the Form 300A summary.
Previous versions of the electronic reporting requirement would have also required the Form 300 and Form 301 each year, which contain employee names and injuries. OSHA amended the regulation to protect worker privacy.
Electronic reporting for 2018 is due by March 2, 2019. The 300A Summary must be posted each year from February 1 through April 30.
