At the October 7, 2016 Board of Directors meeting, elections were held for the 2017 Executive Committee positions of President, Vice President, and seats with terms expiring on December 31, 2016.

The CSAC Excess Insurance Authority (EIA) has formed a captive insurance company, Excess Insurance Organization, Inc. (EIO) which began operations July 1, 2016.
The EIAHealth program continues to make strides in providing a comprehensive alternative to PERS and other public sector healthcare programs.
The EIA has partnered with Alliant Insurance Services and Robert Marshburn of R.J. Marshburn & Associates to prepare an updated version of the longtime reference manual, Insurance Requirements in Contracts Manual (IRIC Manual). The IRIC Manual was developed originally in the 1970’s and has been updated to reflect current practices.
