Reminder Notice: The Revised Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF)
As you may already know, the DOT made an official ruling to expand the drug panel to include 4 semi-synthetic opioids and to remove MDEA from the panel.
Due to these changes, the old Control and Custody Forms (CCFs) are now obsolete and may not be used after June 30th, 2018.
Please be sure to use the updated forms when administering your DOT drug tests.
