How to Develop a Successful Training Program (2-Day Training)

In this interactive session, attendees will have the opportunity to explore their creativity while developing a successful training program. Whether a seasoned trainer, or beginner, this course will provide the individual with valuable tools that can help build a successful training program. Attendees should come prepared to create a professional training program under the hands-on direction of our instructors over the course of this 2 day program. Attendees will also be required to dedicate time to a homework assignment, in addition to the class work.

Additional Information:

  • Come prepared with a training topic
  • Doors open at 7:30 a.m. and class will start promptly at 8:00 a.m
  • Classroom space is limited to 25 participants. 
  • Once registration is full, you can still register, however, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified if an opening becomes available.
  • Due to space limitations we ask that you please restrict attendance to 3 members per organization.
  • There will be a one hour break for lunch around noon. Link to local eateries.
