Whether you are new to Voya, new to your role, or would just like to get reacquainted, this webinar will provide you with what you need to administer and promote this important benefit.

• Review of self-reported program requirements including record keeping, Evidence of Insurability (EOI) processing, and distribution of portability/conversion notices
• Review of the invoicing process including a demonstration of the PRISM Life & Disability premium payment system through BenXcel
• Voya resources and value added programs available only to Voya members
