Insurance Requirements in Contracts Manual 2016 Risk Transfer Manual Update - Part 1 of 4
The Insurance Requirements in Contracts Manual (IRIC) has been relied upon and used by hundreds of Public Entities since the 1970’s to devise and implement effective Risk Transfer Contracts for maximum protection from liability resulting from the hiring of Vendors and Contractors. There have been a number of important recent trends and changes that significantly impact the effective transfer of risk and verification for Public Entities from their Vendor/Contractors. This is the first in a series of online workshops from EIA covering the important updates to the manual.
