DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors

Overview

NOTE: The date of this webinar has been changed from December 9th, 2015 at 9am to December 16th, 2015 at 1pm!

This training session is aimed at "front line" supervisors.
Attendees will learn:

  • What is required for ordering a reasonable suspicion test
  • When to remove an employee from a safety sensitive duty
  • How to recognize the signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use
  • What should be included in your policy
  • How to approach the suspected employee in a non-confrontational manner

Please note: there is a testing component to the webinar. After the presentation, participants will take a short quiz. In order to receive a certificate of completion, one must receive a score of 16/20 or better (80% or above).
