Overview

This training session is aimed at "front line" supervisors.
Attendees will learn:

• What is required for ordering a reasonable suspicion test
• When to remove an employee from a safety sensitive duty
• How to recognize the signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol use
• What should be included in your policy
• How to approach the suspected employee in a non-confrontational manner

Please note: there is a testing component to the webinar. After the presentation, participants will take a short quiz. In order to receive a certificate of completion, one must receive a score of 16/20 or better (80% or above).

Additional Information:
1. After you have completed the registration, you should receive a confirmation email from WebEx. If you do not receive this email, you have NOT successfully registered for this meeting.
2. If this is your first time using WebEx, please click here to conduct a test session on your computer system. Please make sure to do this at least one day in advance of the webinar date.
