Accident Reconstruction

Overview

Today’s society is visually oriented. Every day, the average American, and prospective juror, is willingly bombarded by an array of visual imagery meant to educate, entertain, inspire and persuade. In order to fully engage our juries, and ensure they are clear on the details of our analysis and conclusions, it is imperative that we use visual imagery to demonstrate, educate and persuade.

In addition, today's jurors are products of an entertainment and education system that provides them with massive amounts of data. Jurors arrive at the courthouse hungry for this information and expecting that both sides have done everything possible to best determine what did, and did not occur in an accident or crime. Shows such as Crime 360, CSI, NCIS and Law & Order have created a thirst in our juries for technology properly applied to reach the proper conclusion. Also, they expect it to be delivered efficiently, taking the least time possible so as not to tax our shrinking attention spans.

Accident scene documentation via 3D laser scanning and computer-based accident reconstruction and visualization of results via 3D animation provide the insurer and attorney with the tools necessary to reach today's jurors and provide imagery with true impact.
