Member Networking Events

• 32nd Annual Golf Outing at River Creek Golf Course - 8:30 a.m. Meet in the Tenaya Lodge lobby to carpool to the golf course. - $75 per person includes lunch, golf cart, and tee prize
• Guided Nature Walk - 11:00 a.m. Meet in the Tenaya Lodge lobby - $15 per person includes lunch

  • A short, accessible hike in the Sierra National Forest with an expert Tenaya Guide. Learn about the plants and animals of the area and open your senses to nature. Your guide will take you through about 1.5 miles of forest trails, leaving directly from the hotel - no need for a car! This is a relatively easy walk accessible to a wide range of walkers. This is a great way to learn about the plants and animals in and near Yosemite.

Dinner

• On behalf of PRISM, you are invited to join us for a one-of-a-kind dinner experience at the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad! Meet in the Tenaya Lodge lobby at 5:00 p.m. for a shuttle to the railroad. The Cocktail Reception starts at 5:30 p.m., the private narrated train ride starts at 6:00 p.m., and dinner is served in the Engine House at 7:30 p.m.

We hope you can make it - we will share food, drinks, the beautiful mountain air, and each other's company!

• Executive Committee Meeting (All members are welcome to attend) - 9:00 a.m. to Noon
• Lunch - Noon to 1:00 p.m.
• Workshop: Hot Topic Crowdsourcing - 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Workshop: Power Hour - 2:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Board of Directors Social and Dinner - Hors D'oeuvres at 6:00 p.m., and dinner and activities start at 7:00 p.m.

• Breakfast Buffet - 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. 
• Board of Directors Meeting - 8:30 a.m. to Noon
• Board of Directors Boxed Lunch to take with you or enjoy in the Pavilion - Noon to 1:00 p.m.
• Board of Directors Meeting (resumes if necessary) - 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

*A separate meeting notice will be sent for any additional meetings scheduled after this notice.

Additional Information

Tenaya Lodge is 63 miles from the Fresno Yosemite Airport (about a 1.5 hour drive). Please note that there are limited flight options, most requiring 1-2 layovers to reach your destination.

There is complimentary Wi-Fi in your sleeping room and in the meeting rooms.

Dress is business casual for all meetings and functions.  The weather in Yosemite in October is often in the low to mid 70's in the day and low 40's at night - so please keep this in mind while choosing attire so you can be comfortable during your stay.
