At its October 3rd, 2025 meeting, the PRISM Board of Directors approved the circulation of proposed revisions to the Joint Powers Agreement and the Bylaws for review and comment. This is a reminder that the due date for all comments is January 16th, 2026. Information pertaining to the proposed changes was sent to the membership via email on October 15th, 2025. A memorandum providing the history behind the proposed changes which includes a detailed summary of the substantive changes as well as a brief summary of some of the non-substantive changes

A redlined version of the Joint Powers Agreement setting forth the proposed revisions

A redlined version of the Bylaws setting forth the proposed revisions
Once the due date for comments has passed, PRISM staff will review all comments and present the comments to the Executive Committee at their meeting on February 5th, 2026. We anticipate that the final proposed revisions will thereafter be considered for adoption by the Board at its meeting on March 6th, 2026.
