Description of Committee

• Three person Committee consisting of the PRISM President and Vice President and Former President
• Advisory Committee under the direction of the Executive Committee

Responsibilities

• Act in an advisory capacity to the CEO and PRISM Staff
• Provide the President with a key leadership group to discuss issues that may arise from time to time
• Review and make recommendations to the Executive Committee for appointment of committee members
