Description of Committee
- Eleven member committee, including
- Nine voting and two alternate committee members, with
- One designated public entity representative voting seat
- Typically meets 4 to 6 times a year at the PRISM office or by web conference
- Committee members are participants in the Primary Workers’ Compensation Program
- Program committee that makes all decisions regarding the Program
Responsibilities
- Reviews all matters pertaining to the PWC Program, including:
- Program funding
- Coverage
- Claims
- Program services
- New member applications
