A recent federal court ruling on January 9th, 2025, vacated the 2024 revisions to the Title IX Regulations nationwide. As a result, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has confirmed that schools must now follow the 2020 Title IX Regulations. Read more in our blog.

Starting January 1st, 2025, SB 1100 will limit when employers can require a driver’s license in job postings—removing barriers for non-drivers and promoting fair hiring practices.
