The 8th Edition of the Interactive Process Manual for California Public Agency Employers is now available. This Edition includes updated sections for new legislation and regulations, including revised and updated checklists, a completely revised and updated section on COVID-19 issues, updated FAQs, policy language, and many additional templates and forms. The manual was authored by Patricia Eyres, Managing Partner of Eyres Law Group and provider of the Labor Law/Employment Practices Services.
