Addressing Emotional Trauma in Schools |
|
|
The California Department of Education, in collaboration with the University of Southern California, is hosting a two-part webinar series addressing emotional trauma in schools on November 29, 2018, and February 7, 2019.
Space is limited to a small group of schools as the hosts and trauma experts will provide technical assistance and support beyond the webinar. Schools or districts will be required to participate as teams and attend both webinars. An ideal team includes:
- An administrator
- A teaching coach
- A school/district employed mental health professional
- A classified front line staff
To be considered, districts or schools are required to complete a short survey. For additional information, please contact Monica Nepomuceno, Programs Consultant at the California Department of Education. |
