Crisis(Disruptive) De-Escalation Education & Training
The EIA has partnered with Chubb to present this regional training course June 26th in Redding. This interactive session for all levels of public agency employees will allow participants to gain an awareness of various techniques which work to de-escalate situations that arise in the workplace. Our regional trainings are available to EIA members and their employees at no additional cost. Register for the seminar hosted by Shasta County.
Video Lending Library
Due to evolving technology and dwindling utilization, EIA Risk Control has decided to retire the Video Lending Library. Fortunately, we are able to offer similar, high quality, streaming content through our partnership with iTrainStation. We also have streaming, instructor lead training options available on EIAtv.
