Vacant Building Risk Assessment
A new assessment has been added to the Risk Assessment Tool.
The Vacant Building Risk Assessment includes 20 multiple choice questions designed to help our members compare their current operations to the recently adopted Vacant Building Loss Prevention Best Practices. At the end of the self-assessment, you will be provided a score based on your answers as well as a customized action plan designed to assist in program improvement.
We encourage you to take the assessment and find out how you score!
If you aren’t familiar with the Risk Assessment Tool, check out one of our webcasts intended to familiarize viewers with the features of the tool. All three webcasts are currently available on demand on EIAtv or contact the Loss Prevention Department for more information.
New Consultants Added to ERC Program
