On November 12, 2020, PRISM and Alliant conducted a roundtable discussion to assist with answering questions pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic and associated business interruptions that have resulted in losses to your entity. A link to the discussion can be found here. Alliant and McLarens are continuing to review these exposures for equitable distribution of the aggregate.
We want to encourage members that believe they have a loss, either already occurred or anticipated, to submit their claims if they have not already done so. Though we had encouraged a deadline for submission of November 15th we recognize that some members may still be evaluating whether they have a claim. Please continue to submit business interruption claims. We will be suggesting to the Property Committee that we establish a deadline of January 31, 2021. This will allow additional time for member evaluation and submission and establish a timeframe by which McLarens can begin to finalize the adjustment of the claims.
