EIA Announces Partnership with LensLock for Body-Worn Camera Services
The EIA is proud to announce the newest addition to our partner programs, the Law Enforcement Body-Worn Camera (BWC) Services offered through LensLock. The member pilot program was a success, and the Loss Prevention Committee authorized the EIA to enter into a preferred pricing agreement with LensLock.
In addition to the necessary hardware, data management software, and unlimited cloud based storage, LensLock’s services include everything necessary to get your agency up and running with BWC’s; providing system integration support, administration and user training, best practices for implementation and policy development.
For more information on this new service, EIA member pricing, or to inquire about a trial for your agency, please contact the Loss Prevention Department or LensLock directly.
EIA 2016 CAFR Posted to Website
The EIA’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 has been made available on the website.
The report was prepared by the EIA and has been audited by independent auditors, Gilbert Associates, Inc., CPAs. Included in the report is the “Management’s Discussion & Analysis” (MD&A) which provides highlights of the EIA’s financial position in an easy to read, narrative format and is supported with graphs and other illustrations.
The EIA was awarded a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the 2015 CAFR by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA). A Certificate of Achievement is only valid for one year. The EIA has submitted the 2016 CAFR to the GFOA to determine its eligibility for another certificate.
If you have any trouble accessing this document or would like this year’s CAFR mailed to you on CD, please contact Donna McClanahan (916) 850 - 7300.
