Members Area – Retired
In December, the EIA discontinued use of the third party system which supported the EIA's Members' Area on our website, as it would not support our long-term needs. As such, the link (Members Area) has been removed from the "Member Tools" menu on your dashboard. This system will be replaced in stages throughout the year.
In the interim, a report titled "Your Entity Name 2018 2019 as of December 2018" has been posted in the "My Entity Documents" area of our website, in the "Other" section, with "Participation Report" as the document category.
This report will evidence your participation as of mid-December and includes information such as SIR/deductible, limits, memorandum/policy numbers, TPA, etc. Furthermore, the documents in the "Coverage" section, contains all property and casualty coverage related documents (coverage documents, coverage certificates, excess policies, etc.) for all years of participation with the EIA. You must login to our website to access the "My Entity Documents" area.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition. We are excited about the changes forthcoming, including, but not limited to access to more historical participation information. Please don’t hesitate to contact Nicole Montalvo, IT Manager if you need assistance with accessing information or Brian Kelley, Director of Underwriting if you have questions about your participation with the EIA.
