TPA RFP & TPA Changes – Notification to PRISM |
|
|
Are you in the process of–or planning to issue–a RFP for third-party claims administration (TPA)? If you decide to change TPAs, PRISM can assist you with this process, including reviewing parts of the RFP language relating to PRISM requirements and/or Claims Administration Standards, participating in the TPA Proposals and/or interviews, or participating in the transition calls with the TPAs (if a change occurs).
What information do we need?
- Effective Date
- Name of New TPA
- Contact Info of New TPA
It's also critical that you advise PRISM immediately when you have determined to change TPAs, including when the effective date will be, as this impacts the claims audit schedule, budgeting, as well as continuity of both claims discussions with PRISM’s claims teams and monthly loss data reporting by the TPA.
If you have any questions, or need for assistance with the TPA transitions, conversions/mapping, training, etc., please contact Heather Fregeau or Jen Hamelin. For assistance with the monthly loss data reporting, please contact Tiana Randazzo. |
