Managing the Station House Culture: EIAtv
Police Stations and Fire Houses are stressful and often intimidating places to work. Join Dr. Bob May and Dr. Steve Albrecht as they explore the cultures of both. Each webcast will explain why Fire Houses and Police Stations are healthy and enriching environments to work in, as well as those aspects that need to be changed. How can command staff protect proud cultures without allowing hazing, harassment, and bullying? Join us on EIA TV. If you cannot make the live presentation, both will be available ON DEMAND directly following.
