Introducing PRISM’s New Certificate of Insurance Management Provider – Evident
We are pleased to announce a new long-term agreement with Evident, our chosen provider for Certificate of Insurance (COI) Management services for PRISM Members. After a comprehensive market review, our staff identified Evident as offering the best combination of functionality and value. Consequently, the Member Services Committee has directed the execution of this agreement.

Please note that this new partnership does not automatically affect members currently using PRISM's existing provider, Ebix, as we will continue to maintain that agreement for now. Any updates or changes to the existing relationship will be directly communicated to existing users.

Announcing Updated Mandated Reporter Trainings from Vector Solutions
We are excited to announce that PRISM and Vector Solutions have partnered to update the California mandated reporter courses to ensure compliance with the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act (CANRA). The courses "Child Abuse: Mandated Reporter Training for California (EDU)" and "Child Abuse: Mandated Reporter Training for California (General)" offer the latest information on identifying mandated reporters and understanding their legal obligations and protections. These trainings cover how to recognize signs of child abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect, and outline the proper procedures for reporting concerns to the appropriate authorities. Risk Management Practitioner Certificate Program
This five day certificate program is specifically designed for risk management assistants, workers’ compensation specialists, human resource analysts/assistants, and frontline supervisors who are responsible for practical, cost-effective risk management. This series provides the building blocks to establish, develop, and embed risk management as a business process in public sector organizations.
