EWC MOC Amendments
At its June 7, 2024 meeting, the Board of Directors approved amendments to the EWC Memorandum of Coverage (MOC). The amendments were specific to the MOC Endorsements U-3 (Occurrences Involving Multiple Covered Parties) and U-5 (Occurrence Definition) and inclusive of recommendations from the recent review and comment period.

The updated MOC will be effective July 1, 2024, for the upcoming 24/25 fiscal year coverage period and included within your renewal coverage documents.
