PRISM Wildfire Resources
Despite a positive fire outlook for the upcoming fire season, last week the combination of high temperature and strong winds lead to the start of several large fires across the state. PRISM has a multitude of resources to assist members dealing with wildfires. Check out the newly updated Wildfire Resources Blog to learn about our Risk Control and Healthcare resources. New Release: PRISM Analytics!
PRISM Data and Analytics is pleased to announce the new release of Member Dashboards!  In this release we are introducing a new app (Member Summary) as well as enhancements to the Loss Analysis and Membership apps based on popular feedback. Click this link to read all about it on the PRISM website!
2024/25 Renewal Updates
Attention all members! We've got some key renewal updates, please see below:
  • Invoices: PRISM 2024/25 premium renewal invoices for major programs (EWC, PWC, GL1, GL2, MedMal and Property) will be emailed to members on Thursday, June 27th. The invoices for the Miscellaneous Programs will be released around July 11th. Please note, you will be receiving your renewal invoices via email from invoices@prismrisk.gov. If you have not received your invoices for one of these programs by July 15th, please contact PRISM Finance Department at 916-850-7300 or email Marissa Case.
     
  • Binders and MOC’s: All Program binders and/or coverage documents will be posted to your members area of the PRISM website by no later than Saturday, June 29th. Program binders are temporary proof of coverage for 90 days at which point MOC/coverage documents will be posted.
     
  • Renewal Certificates: All applicable Program renewal certificates will be posted to your members area of the PRISM website by no later than Friday, June 28th.  Additionally, all of the renewal certificates will be sent to the certificate holders via mail or email.  If you have any questions or need any amendments to your certificate, please email Michelle Bradley.
