The next course in the Cal/OSHA series is now available for assignment on the Vector Solutions platform. Cal/OSHA Respiratory Protection covers the specific training requirements identified in the standard and will teach learners how to work safely while exposed to airborne contaminants that require the use of respirators. This course covers the different types of respirators and when to use them, proper use of respirators, and maintenance and care procedures. This course does not cover voluntary respirator use. Agencies have the ability to attach their respiratory protection policy, which will require employees to review their specific workplace policy as part of the course.
