OSH Standards Board Postpones Vote on COVID-19 ETS Amendment
In light of new guidelines issued by the CDC, Eric Berg, Deputy Chief with Cal-OSHA, sent a memo to the OSH Standards Board requesting the Board delay its vote on approving proposed COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) amendments. Berg’s memo is in part due to proposed ETS revisions not aligning with current CDC guidelines, and California’s proposed practices. Read more on PRISM's blog.
