 Governor Newsom signed four bills in September amending the Ralph M. Brown Act, all of which become effective on January 1, 2025. The amendments provide notable updates to how local entities must conduct their meetings, and may require adjusted procedures for closed sessions, remote participation, and emergency notifications. On November 20th, Join Juan Cajandig, PRISM Senior Risk Control Specialist, CSP, CFPS, MAS, ARM as he reviews Cal/OSHA Form 300, 300A, and Serious Injury Reporting Procedures.
This class teaches supervisors and employees the criteria for reporting serious injuries, maintaining the Cal/OSHA Form 300, and completing the Cal/OSHA Form 300A.
