The Deputy Executive Director will act as second-in-command for PERMA and assist the Executive Director in representing PERMA in sensitive and confidential interactions with the Board, Executive Committee, member agencies, and other entities. The position is responsible for planning, managing, and directing many of the operations associated with insurance programs and risk management services and serves as the primary member contact.
