Loss Data Requirements and Resources
PRISM requires first dollar, full value complete loss history for Workers' Compensation, Liability, and Medical Malpractice throughout the year. In accordance with the EWC and GL1 Policy Statements, all Members of the *GL1, GL2 and EWC Programs are required to submit losses monthly, evaluated as of the last day of the month and due by the 3rd business day of the following month.
All Members of the PWC program have their in program PWC losses submitted monthly by their approved PWC TPA. *Members that participate in the GL1 Deductible Buy Down option (DBD) have their in program DBD losses submitted monthly by their approved DBD TPA.
If we do not currently collect complete loss data submissions from your entity, please complete and submit the Authorization to Obtain Loss Data Form
If you have had any TPA changes please send the new TPA information, including the date range details of the losses managed/transferred by the new TPA, to lossdata@prismrisk.gov.
