First Responder Peer Support Services
PRISM has partnered with The Counseling Team International (TCTI) to provide access to their wide array of First Responder Peer Support services.
TCTI has been working with first responder agencies for 40 years to manage the ever-changing needs of employees and the departments they serve. Their team of professionals and culturally competent clinicians are available to assist with all aspects of an agency’s peer support program. TCTI has the knowledge and ability to effectively support departments as they work to create or revise a peer support program, train their team members, educate employees on peer support, debrief after difficult situations, and more. Agencies have the ability to choose any or all of the services that TCTI offers, without a minimum service requirement.
